1. Kick-off

Together we set goals and expectations for U and your team. Both the management perspective and the development of the team are included. We gather all information we need to design your team meeting. We take into account your time frame and team characteristics.

2. Design

We select the specific tools and techniques for U to use. That includes inspiring team exercises. A written script is included for the leader of the meeting as well as (pre-read) background theories to share with the team. We collect everything for you in a (digital) toolkit.

3. Off U go!

After the personal Q&A, U’re ready to start your team session. This is the cool and most exciting part. U will consciously do something that U have not done before. So U and your team will learn a lot from this. Your toolkit contains everything needed to make the meeting a success.

4. Evaluation

We evaluate your meeting. Your role, what went excellent and what was difficult when using these new skills? We combine your personal insights and the team’s development. What has this U HUP yielded in terms of insights and learning? Perhaps U have already ideas for the next U HUP.
